Description
A prominent Los Angeles architect was looking for a unique material with both warmth and character to offset his contemporary home art collection. Durapalm was finally selected, but the question then was, where to begin and where to end the palm. After multiple discussions it was decided to apply both flooring and plywood to all surfaces in some spaces and then tailor it back in others. The result received an 8 page spread in Interior Design magazine as well as the front cover of Hardwood magazine. It was a unique application and greatly successful. It stands as one of our most beautiful installations to date.
